My highest claim to fame was a nationally recognized case involving a Medical Mal Practice and an 8 year old boy. The Attorney on the case was highly recommended and used me as the investigator.

Every part of the case required investigation from deriving a timeline of the medical procedure from the first medical appointment all the way through to the incident and post incident.

Approximately 6 full volumes of Medical Records were reviewed and deciphered to produce a case breaking time line. Statements were required from several doctors and nurses and other hospital staff having any knowledge involving the medical procedure. Several doctors and nurses moved and had to be located.

More than 40 subpoena’s had to be delivered. After the two month trial we had won the case by jury verdict. However, the defendant appealed and won the appeal. We had to initiate another full trial with the same investigative procedures used and won the second trial too.

After the defendant tried to appeal again, they lost and we won a verdict for our client of $65 million dollars.
